The Resistor solved the problem with the blower motor fluctuation problem. They are a booger to change unless the intake manifold is off. Which in this case it was due to a faulty intake installed by Ford factory.

Installed this resistor in my 2001 Lincoln Town Car and the AC blower fan functions perfectly! The dealer wanted $365 for the part alone - so I am a happy camper! Saved big money getting this at 1AAuto! Thanks guys!!!
