The bracket on the shock where the sway bar link connects was poorly welded and snapped the second day on the car and scratched my brand new wheel badly on the inner rim

These were supposed to be direct fit replacements for my 2012 Nissan Maxima. My mechanic says the car now has a -2.25 Camber (top of wheels point towards the engine) and he can't adjust it?
