From the word go, 1AAuto was amazing, staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. I apprised the sales associate of my financial situation and he did not try to up-sell, knowing I could not afford it. He sent me options and although I chose the higher priced brake, he informed me and gave me options, and for that I will shop here for all of my auto parts. I truly "despise" up-sell methods when I have expressed my needs and limitations... and for this reason I respect and trust 1A. The brakes are amazing, It took me two weeks to get them installed as a "student" money was short. However, they are on now and I love the quality, saved a ton of money and found a company for life... thank you. I had the name of the person who helped me, but I can't find the paper, please look up his name and give him accolades for a job done to perfection, and a raise!

I bought a set of nakamoto brake pads and rotors for my scion tc and Im pretty impressed with them for the low cost. Installed them after they were delivered just a few days after I ordered them and Im really enjoying them so far. Will be ordering my brakes from here more often.

Had to replace the ceramic break pads that came in the kit due to a constant squeak coming from the drivers front and rear side. The rotors are great but the pads are no good too loud I even gave them time to maybe break in and it didnt work I even took them back off to apply more supplied grease to the hardware and nothing worked until I replaced the pads with a different brand.
