Great product with a great price. I have only one small suggestion, could the supports come slightly compressed as I myself had a hard time installing them.

I watched the tutorial on how to install the struts and then clicked the link to order them ; worked beautifully. I got status reports on when it shipped etc. Unfortunately the first set was never delivered; when I called to notify 1A, I was sent out a second set, over night at no charge! Not only did / do the struts work great (never knew just how heavy the lift gate was until I put in the new struts....much nicer now!) but the customer service was GREAT! I will buy all my parts thru 1A from now on. Thanks for a great job!

To explain the title, we have all been to parts store bought a part only to discover after we are in middle of repair that they gave you the wrong part!!!?? Have ordered from 1A Auto several times and always received correct part or parts at cheaper price than local parts store. Give your vehicle and budget a break and shop 1A Auto
