I ordered a set of hood struts for my 2000 Lexus ES300 and they were shipped quickly. Unfortunately UPS delivered an empty box. The struts must have fallen out because the box looked like it had been damaged. I immediately called 1AAuto and their representative was very apologetic and said they would send out replacements. I received the new struts within a couple of days. It's nice to see that there are still businesses out there that take care of their customers. I would highly recommend 1AAuto.

Ordered these hood struts from 1A Auto, they arrived within 3 days. Fit and function was perfect, extremely easy to remove and install and result was perfect. Sturdy, held the hood up (which is very heavy) with no problem. Highly recommend parts from 1A Auto, I have never had issues with anything I have ordered.
