The fuel pump for my 95 Dodge Dakota from 1AAuto was a simple and direct replacement. I did however have to use the rollover valve and seal from my old pump as it does not come on or with the new pump. Other reviews said the same, which is odd because 1AAuto describes the unit as complete. Some said that part is not reproduced but I dont believe this is accurate. Either way, removal was simply cutting into the old pumps plastic housing and removing the seal and valve which then pressed into the new pump with little effort. 1st turn of the key and my truck was as good as new! Shipping was free and the pump itself arrived quickly and for significantly less money than most other sites and far less expensive than an auto shop. Very pleased, would recommend 1AAuto.

Fuel pump works but the fuel level sending unit on the pump does not work. Truck runs now but know my fuel gauge doesnt work

I bought this replacement fuel pump and was told it was a complete unit, says nothing about using the old parts from my old pump to install this pump. Now I need to find a replacement part that you do not offer. There is no PRESSURE RELIEF ROLLOVER V

I had the exact same issue. The Pressure Relief Rollover Valve is no longer manufactured, not even dealerships have any. You have to get lucky at a salvage yard to find one or use engineering to make a different model work as a replacement. I got one from a late 91 dodge dakota that I made work from a salvage yard near me. It's a pain but since they no longer make them you can not buy a unit with one in it.
