This purchase was actually for my Dad, who is 76 years old and not technically savvy. He needed a part, but had no way to order it locally at a price that he could afford, so I stepped in to assist him. I ordered the needed part and had it shipped to him in Arizona. His local auto repair shop installed the part (which was an exact fit), and my dad was able to afford the otherwise pricy repair. Pump short cycles. Must turn key on and off 2 to 3 time to start vehicle

Ordered for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My gas gauge had quit working and I was having some start up issues - this new fuel pump took care of those problems. My son installed it for me and said all went well. He also installed a new inline fuel filter at this time. Great price, packaged well and arrived quickly. Thanks you 1A Auto!

does this fuelpump come with the strainers?

there should be a screen sock on the bottom of the pump. if not I would change the inline gas filter. That filter is held in by two 10mm bolts just in front of the gas tank. The filter uses plastic clips to hold the lines on. Hope this helps
