Actually, I did take the time to call your company and explain to the person on the phone what the problem was but I have no problem doing it here as well. As it turns out, the connector on the part we bought from you didn't fit because the area that forms a rectangle around the pins was slightly over size and it prevented the connector and the plug from going together. The difference was hardly noticeable but when you put the two plug to plug, you can see the difference. We ended up cutting the plugs off of the old one and the new one and splicing the old plug to the new connector. . In any event, the car still didn't start and now we are looking for other possibilities. Bothersome about this is that we have read where people have installed cheaper versions of the CPS which didn't work and went for the high priced units that worked, so we don't know, at this time if your unit is good for our car or not. Hopefully, we will find that maybe the coil pack failed or something like that a

Part came fast and it fit like it should very nice

Nice part but does not plug in to the factory plug. It's to big but the rest is fine. Just curious if you can take it back and send me another one. Thans

I was hesitant to buy this part as some forums advised after market crankshaft positioning sensors dont work. some reviews stated the plug was wrong. The plug was not fitting at first but looked correct. I found one of the ridges on the new plug was a little thicker, after filing that down it plugged in no problem. Thus part has worked just as well as the original.

Excellent OEM replacement part keeping this one as a spare, As in one of the videos this is a common problem for the jeeps, Always good to be prepared
