Part did not fit. Called to verify it was right part they said it was right one for my truck but it has a tab that does not put the sensor all the way in like it should be. Waste of money as I went to local parts store and bought another one that was correct.

I was sent the wrong part (mirror control switch for different car) at first and had to wait another four days to receive correct part, had to complain a bit but they sent it overnight shipping but had to wait the weekend before they could ship, installed part but getting code so dont know whats wrong but at least they tried to fix problem

I have a 1996 Tahoe.Was having problems with hard ??????????/ kickback when starting.After replacing the starter for the 3rd time there was a service bulletin saying to replace this part as it can advance the timing up to 50 degrees while starting. This part fixes that problem. My truck hasnt run this good since I bought it 10 years ago!! The mounting bracket had to be cut shorter to match the original ,( I would suggest wrapping the sensor with a paper towel or plastic wrap before cutting the bracket as the sensor in magnetic and will pick up any metal shavings) I cleaned mine with a blast of compressed air.

Replaced because of 'code reader' saying this was bad so I bought a new one which did clear the code but, two days later the 'code' is back. I'm only guessing the 'code' isn't my problem.

It solved the problem, after installing the crankshaft position sensor it fired up; so far so good I would recommend this brand TRQ,THANKS AGAIN 1A AUTO.

The cam shaft and crank shaft sincor coralate the timeing un plug the neg battery for about 30 to 45 min after installing the sinsor that will rest the computer then drive it around for awile up to a 150 miles for the computer to relearn it self but befor you change these sinsors change your mass airflow it might be throughing false codes witch may not be the problem
