This is the third regulator ALL ON DIFFERENT WINDOWS that I put into this car. All were put in in less than an hour thanks to your how to video's, that you have available. The price was reasonable, it arrived quickly. It was easy to get to the correct part in your catalog. All in all I'm very satisfied. I have changed all 4 of my window regulators. I have had the first 2 on for about 2 yrs. with no problems. When the 3rd window went out, I went ahead and changed the 4th one. This is easy to change by watching the video. I had never even had a door panel off before. The video took me step by step thru the process. I also saved myself hundreds of $$ by doing it myself. The cost has came down at the local parts store, but they still cost $140, I paid $60. The cost was over $200 when I changed the first 2.

This works really well. I have tried different brands but this one works the best. the other brand was slower to wind up and down. this one moves much quicker. Also if you follow the video provided by A1 Auto (on youtube), it will show you exactly what to do. and it was very easy to fix. easier than what you would think.

The product of window regulator has been great. Install probably took me close to 2 hours , but I watched the video on 1AAuto , removed door panel, removed regulator ( the cable that does most the work had tangled and broke) installed the new regulator and put door panel back in place. I did get held up a bit as the video didn't show quite enough detail for me. ( I have never removed a door panel-this was really easy on my Buick. I think there was a second clamp on the window and the rubber was sticking to the glass a little, so it took me a little longer) All went back together , clamps, wire clips and everything else!! I was really satisfied with myself and 1AAuto parts and video

The first order of "2004 Buick Lesabre Power Window Regulator with Motor Front Pair For $83.95" was received and the passenger side, front was attempted to be installed but the part was defective. I do not need the "driver's side regulator with Motor replaced yet". Keeping it for future use when needed. Reordered the passenger side and that one was not defective, we installed it and it works perfectly!

After the mechanic shop told us it was going to be $309 plus tax to do this job for us we decided to try it on our own. We paid $75 for the part and after watching the video decided to try it ourselves. Although we were not able to do it as quick as the guy in the video we were done in an hours time. We basically watched the video and stopped it at each new step ,did what they did and then continued that same process throughout the video until it was done.Thank you for these videos and the simplicity of them to help regular people That are far from mechanics be able to accomplish this. The first one was missing a stud. After sending them a photo of the incomplete assembly, customer service quickly sent a replacement without requiring the first one be returned first. The second one was perfect. The quick response bumped the rating back up to a 5-star. 1AAuto sent me an email saying that after inventory they determined that the remaining stock was good, only the one I got was not. Not unusual for me... it is a gift, I guess...
