In 2016 a guy sideswiped my 2000 Mustang. At the time I did not have it repaired. Three years later in 2019 my driver's door got to where it would not open / shut. So, I went to two body shops and was told that my car was too old to repair since it was 19 years old. So, I went on line search for the parts that they said I needed (striker plate, latch, hinges, door sweep). I found the striker plate at the local junk yard in my city, the hinge and latches I found at CJ's Pony Parts and this door sweep I found here on line at 1A Auto Parts. I ordered all of these parts and then went back to the Ford dealership where I live to have my door / window repaired. They installed all of the parts for me and they fit fine! But then after checking my window when I got home the driver's window would not go up or down. So, I had to go back to the body shop again! I was so mad!
